The hotel room is nice though sheets could have been cleaner. Towels were clean. They provide all amenities including hair dryer and iron. Food at buffet was very good and staff are very courteous and helpful. I had to leave early for meeting and they packed breakfast for me in hygienic way. The only thing was that moisturiser and conditioner were not available during my stay. If you’re visiting Jabalpur, I would recommend this hotel.
Vijan Mahal is largest running and No1 in Jabalpur.

How to run a hotel at 120&% . 5 calls by when are you arriving and another 5 when are you checking out. The house-keeper forgets to keep your insulin in refrigerator and the room refrigerator cannot be connected. The key given doesn't work four times. The Duty manager has to be called to get the wrong tag removed.

Our team have stayed in this property several times before this year's visit. We highly recommend this hotel. All facilities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager Devobroto Das (Dev) who has his front desk staff very well trained. He is always there to help and solve any issue in the most efficient manner. Dev and the hotel staff are very professional and hardworking. The restaurant and bar staff are also very good. We recomend this place to everybody. Special thanks to the very skilled and kind hearted driver Rahul. We wish you prosperity and abundance.

It was a wonderful stay at Vijayan Mahal! Great hospitality.. especially the Front desk duty manager Deb Das deserves all praises and thanks - as he was so sweet and warm in his approach and gestures.. Even his colleagues were pretty decent! Nice hotel with big lavish rooms and minutest needs like good lights in the room and handy hand wash in the bathroom with other such useful facilities..Truly a Lovely Five Star Hotel in Jabalpur!

Amazing property, excellent rooms, outstanding house keeping, very friendly front desk staff, but alas room service food not available even after a gentle and persuasive request. Not something I would expect from a claimed five star property. If only this were done, it'd be perfect and a certain visit again place. Off to dinner now, hope to be amazed by the spread there .....
