One of the coolest hotels I found which is located in the city center. The hotel staff is amazing, very helpful. Clean rooms and amazing food. If you are in Jaipur make sure you stay in Hotel Ratnavali else you will spend time more on traveling than visiting places.

I’d planned to go to the Jaipur Literature Festival with a journalist friend but in the end, she had to work, so I had a large room with two double beds to myself. Staff at reception questioned me about this in a way that I found mildly intrusive. The room was clean but cool and I ended up sleeping under the duvet my friend would have taken! The breakfast was excellent and I met other solo women over puri, idli, chickpea and other delicious dishes, before walking to the festival together. You need sturdy shoes that cope with dust. In the evening, the restaurant serves good food and alcohol, which is not always the case in Jaipur. I dined solo and was the only woman in the restaurant but felt welcome. There are interesting streets nearby for strolling and photography, which I enjoyed without any hassle. There are wonderful jewellery shops on MI road nearby. There is a rooftop terrace. The hotel is a rabbit warren of corridors and stairs. If you have a mobility impairment, check your room is accessible. The hotel is not as charming as others in Jaipur.

One of the nice centrally located hotels in Jaipur near the panch batti circle. It is very clean and rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast and other food was fine. The staff was good and while it doesnt have great views etc being in the city it is ideal for families. Would surely recommend for stay in Jaipur

I have stayed at this hotel in October 2021 with my family and obsered that The hotel sitiated at prime location but the staff of this hotels are not co-operative, The hotel room is too small so basic amenities has been missing. outside food is not allowed in the hotel.

The staff misbehaves with the guests. I had written a Google review about their mistreatment, they literally called me up and shouted and threatened me. Asim Parakh and Richa Patel both misbehaved. Worst of all the hotels. I wish i could give negative stars. First of all, there is no separate geyser in the bathroom, just the common geyser so they don’t switch on the geyser. They say they just provide bucket of hot water for shower. There was an electric kettle in the room but the milk powder, sugar and all are chargeable so they don’t provide all that.Then they also denied to provide soap, shampoo and toiletries which are complimentary in every hotel. If it is very disheartening for you and your staff to hear negative reviews, then instead of humiliating the guests and threatening them on phone and shouting at them ( like Richa did), start treating your guests properly. And if you really think I’m being immature because I’m telling the world how you treated us, then that’s okay. Atleast people will come to know the reality of this hotel staff. Also kindly ask your staff if they actually provided us the soap and shampoo before writing false responses!! Instead we left one dove soap, one face wash and a shampoo bottle in your bathroom!! So writing rubbish just to satisfy your ego won’t change the facts! Also, if you have been serving my parents for years, you aren’t doing it for free. That’s your business and you take money for that. Also, nobody is forcing you to give freebies. Your hotel doesn’t provide the things which are complimentary in every hotel. That was my review. That comment hurt your personal ego i guess. And as you claim that you provided hot water in 10 mins, I’m sure you have a watch and cctv cameras in your hotel? I request you to watch the cctv camera for the same and calculate the time. I got hot water bucket in 35 mins. If you talk about saving power! Kindly stop using the electricity in your hotel. And write in bold letters that you do not switch on geysers even if there are guests! Because that’s how you save electricity.
