    I visited the hotel in my husband's birthday. They made the day special. Service was very good with a surprise cake on Birthday for my Husband. 5 stars from side to the restaurant Baluchi. Special thanks to Roop Narayan ji and Himanshu Ji. From Neeraj Pachauri, Priya Somani and our son Dhanesh.

    Excellent spread... .The food and hygiene maintained is very good. Excellent service... was attended by Arpita.. who was extremely polite, attentive and superb in her service quality. Very good staff.

    Had gone to attend a friend's wedding and my take is that the hotel could not live upto the reputation of Lalits. The food was excellent but the hotel staff was unable to take care of the crowd citing staff shortage. The Bar room was closed without any intimation to the resident guests. Despite repeated requests the staff would take a horrendous amout of time to even get a salt and pepper dispenser. The only department which deserves a mention is the housekeeping which left no stone unturned in the upkeep of the premises. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. The management needs to take note of the shortcomings and take corrective actions.
