    The staff is wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The view to the lake palace is unmatchable. Great value for money, would definitely recommend it. The manager Chenthan is always around to make your stay great.

    Beautiful property, fabulous food and remarkable staff...... Head chef Mr. Takhmil made sure that all the guests were severed with love.... Front office Staff was friendly especially Ms Urvi... Overall experience was amazing....

    The service i received since check in to the check out was beyond expectation. Every single staff was very friendly and provided the prompt service. The room hygiene was very good and it was very clean. The location of the hotel is at perfect place, u will find the right amount of peace and leisure at the same time. The best thing i liked about the hotel is it's awesome staff service & there is nothing that i dont like about the hotel. Keep the good service in future also.

    We have enjoyed a lot in trident with good ambience,very good hospitality and very clean and tidy rooms even the staff was very helpful during the dinner nikhil took care of us very well at the time of check out Priyanshi was so warm her smile made our day.
