I visit this property in this month. It was really nice experience. I am starting from room - Rooms are so spacious and well maintain specially I would like to say thanks to Ms. Priya Soni - Front office Manager. She given good information about the hotel and city.

My stay was very good and very enjoyable, I will be come here agian with my favourite and my family, I love jaipur , and now I love om Tower for my stay ,very nice staff and food, I love breakfast , and all staffs who was ther very helping person and with smiley face,as well as front office and house keeping also very nice. We had booked online 2 deluxe rooms, upon check-in we were provided rooms that neither had a room heater nor clean towels. On requesting for room heaters, it was provided but unluckily no power socket was functional in our room. So we had to shiver in cold (temp as low as 2-3 degC) with a small infant. The breakfast buffet was mostly cold and food didn't seem like freshly cooked except for the Puri. The services provided were poor. The staff was rude and not very helpful.

Hi all I am writing this review while staying in the property in room no 204 at 11:54pm. after completing my religious tour of Rajasthan covering Jeen Mata, Salasar, Khatu Shyam. I am here with my family. My cousin booked 3 rooms in this hotel. There is nothing in order in this hotel. Some rooms AC are making terrible noise. Some room side lamp has no button to switch it off. Some room has no toiletries. On Sunday night No Ala Carte option in their Revolving restaurant. Only Buffet with very limited options @ Rs 800 per person. Simply overcharging. We had tough time having food as a family in a single room with hardly any assistance from staff. Worst part is Food ordered in room was stale and tasteless. One of the forgettable dinners we had for a long long time. Felt I totally wasted my valuable time in this hotel. It is a must avoid hotel. Tomorrow I have complimentary breakfast. My fingers are crossed for a miracle. Hope u guys are more lucky than me
