Rooms were good and service was really good especially bhoomi at reception was really helping and sweet. She helped us to plan our trip to the Jaipur. Other employees are also really nice here. And it was memorable.

Food and Housekeeping Serving was good and location of the hotel is nice .. especial thanks to Mr Vikram and sujan g for providing best service during the period.. nice housekeeping supporting staff .and love visit again the hotel.

Went to Royal Central Orchid, Jaipur Rajasthan for a stay. Out side there was no IN or OUT board and some small masonary work going on.our car entered one gate.The security comes to say we should enter from the other gate though we are already in the yard. Distance between In And OUT was just a few meters . We were made to reverse in to the one-way lane, which was almost impossible due to Very heavy traffic... We had to go forward for more than three kilometres to take a U turn....In the hotel, though there were ONLY a few lodgers,check in took a very long time. ALL the staff were very grumpy...... Security person was made to carry to carry the luggages. Rooms were okay. but the stand for the STB was hanging by a loose nail... Break fast was good.

Hotel Reservation Team is worst, because of Season they deny your booking. Reservation Team is Worst. I have book this property with Yatra.com for 25 check for my family. When I contact for check they simple say they had not recieved any booking. Abhishek and Narendra deny my booking. When I contact Yatra.com, and they change their statement. Property shows 4 star, but No Bisleri water should be provided to customer, rooms are small. Hotel require renovation and proper maintenance.

I normally don't write review but this time i am extremely disappointed by the rude behavior of the pantry manager Mr. Chetan. I was planing to propose to my fiance during lunch so i order a special cake for the occasion and request them to bring it when I signalled the restaurant's staff. I was extremely surprise by rude and rigid behavior of Mr. Chetan who was completely un-emphatic to guest emotions. One must have decency to understand that this is very emotional movement for any person, rather than helping out he show extremely rude behavior by stating that outside food are not allowed, he will not allow it. He may tried to follow the rule the book blindly but he forget the most fundamental rule of hospitality which is ingrained in indian culture "athithi devo bhava". After several back and forth with front end manager Mr Rakesh, they ultimately allow it, but i was so disappointed the staff behavior as I don't expect it from the 4 star hotel. Finally I decided to propose to some other restaurant. I would rate service quality of those staff extremely poor and I no longer consider Royal orchid as 4 star hotel.
