Review about Hotel.

Hotel has a nice location , Manager Naresh Sharma is a very humble and cooperative guy . Staff is very convincing and mannered and there is good communication between the staff members. Overall it was a nice experience.

We stayed there and found hotel very good. Its location is on Delhi Jaipur highway so really fantastic view from window. Food is nice but need to place order in advance. Room are very large with large window for a beautiful view of hills and highway. Staff behaviour and service was excellent. Water in bathroom tap is salty otherwise found no problem with our staying there . Just loved the stay there .
Worst hotel experience - Its terrible

The reality is far from what is shown in the images. No one can rate it higher than terrible. Its broken furniture, torn blanket, and pillow, broken toilet seat, parts of ply hanging from everywhere. Only the ground floor (Reception area) is good, not the rooms. Room experience is worse than servant room or dormitory. Check the images to see the real images of the 'Luxury Room' they call. 2. Location is 7kms far from Jal mahal and 5.5 Kms from Amer in the outskirts, so you do not get transport easily from here and its very costly if you do get. 3. No good restaurants around. 4. You do not get non-veg food here. 5. Not even 1 mineral water bottle is complimentary per day. 6. WiFi-written free but not available - Please check the images to understand the true scenerio

There cannot be anything worst that this. The photos show a swanky hotel, but the reality is just the opposite. From the moment you enter to the room and other facilities that do not exist, it is all awful. To start with there was now one at the reception, the hotel was short on staff, the lifts would not work and our room was on the 4th floor. There was no power in the rooms for a long time due to some internal issue,. There was no hot water, once we did get some hot water the heater busted. The pool was filthily as was the entire 4th floor (with food wrappers, bed sheets and pillows). I can go on but it was basically crap!

Very bad hotel... rooms are bad.. they don't even serve cold drinks... half of the menu items are not available.. food is very bad... no taste.. swimming pool has dirty water.. even tap water is salty.. I can't even take a nice refreshing bath... DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL.. NOT WORTH A PRICE AT ALL.....
