1st of all, its not a 3 star category as mentioned. It's a normal lodge which can be given a 2 star status. Do not get deceived by the pictures. It's nothing as it looks. Check in process was normal. No elevator for a 3 level floored building. We changed the rooms twice(1st for leakage in water pipe. 2nd for faulty door lock latch). 3rd room was better but still with dirty linen and towels. In the room, Only 1 towel for 2 people, denied when asked for another one. We had carried our own towels so we had no issue. White linens had turned brown. Each room has different types of bed(Coir bed, spring matress etc). If you are fond of using wifi, please choose to stay in rooms next to the router, any other rooms doens't get connected. It was a mistake booking this property. Working staff was good and suppotive, but not much can be done by them. A guy named Alok Sharma was a rogue and very rude. Very Bad experience with Zero Hospitality. Had booked for 2 nights but cancelled the 2nd night and moved to Treebo Raya Inn. As a tourist, these kind of behaviour potraits a bad image about Jaipur and Rajasthan. You can opt for Treebo Raya Inn which is better for the same budget. SHRI RAJ LAKSHMI Palace is just worth INR 500-600, anything more is getting scamed. There is no option for Zero 🌟, i would have given them that. Choose Wisely.
