Staff was very nice and friendly and mostly eager to make your stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds and very good food. Located in a quite area of Jaipur. Hot showers and clean towels. Will defiantly stay again.

1st of all reception is perfect. When we enter in hotel they welcome us warmingly and a smilying face. A tired traveller wat a need . Thankew gues. Staff is too supportive n helpful. Food quality is superb . Totly it was fantastic .

The hotel was wonderful; everything was very clean and the bathroom came with hot water and toilet paper, hah. The hotel staff were very accommodating and even upgraded our basic room to their deluxe suite for no extra charge. We stayed for 2 nights and had wonderful sleeps in an actual king size bed (not just two single beds pushed together) and actual air conditioning (not just a ceiling fan). We also got breakfast included and it was great. I’m giving this hotel a 3/5 because although it was a wonderful hotel, it is very out of the way. If we spent the day exploring or around Pink City, it would cost us 250-300 rupees to tuk tuk back to the hotel.

We had booked the Sapphire World for a small.martiage function but the promised services were never received..no staff, no timings, and such pathetic stale food was served and cherry on the top, even when the guests are not done with, they were asking for the full and final payment..plz do not book this hotel for nay services...

Everything of this hotel (I must say a dharmshsla) was pathetic ( rooms,aminites in the room, washroom). I need to change my room twice and every room they shown to me were filthy and dusty. The toilets were drastically dirty. I need to ask the staff two three times to clean the washroom. The tap of the washroom was not fitted even commode was not cleaned and I need to ask them to clean it many times. They agreed that the staff forgot to clean it after check out. The badsheets, blanket cover, pillow covers are teared and spotted. Electric cattle was dirty. I need to change it twice. The staff given me the excuse that these rooms remain unoccupied usually that's why they are muddy or dirty. I stayed over there with my kids and mentioned before check in that the rooms must be clean. The property have great potential but it bitterly needs a good Management. They even Don't have a set top box with TV. They needs to be arranged it from another rooms. The worst part is that the staff even Don't know how to fix it with TV then I have to fixed it by myself 😃😃😃😃😃. I even Don't ordered a tea as I am sure it must be 😬😬😬😬😬😬. Finally I must say the hotel ruined my stay over there. I will never ever recommend to this hotel to anyone.
