Unprofessional and rude staff, forcing for 5 star Rating.Cruiser651003 CouplesApr 27,2019Receptionist argued me about my past ratings and blamed me why I gave 1star rating (Which I didn't do). He was forcing every guest to give 5 star rating. Even 20min early check-in they are willing to charge 199rs. even though they have rooms. This hotel is providing 10rs. of CLEAR 500Ml. water bottle and for that they're charging 25rs. when I asked for the bill they denied said they don't give bill to anyone. I purchased 3 bottles there and they forced me to pay 75rs. without any bill which i took pictures I'm sharing here. This hotel has become pathetic now and its staff is so unprofessional.
