The resort cum hotel is on outskirts of Jaipur on Ajmer Road. It has neat and clean facilities besides having wonderful staff, ample parking and lawns. It’s reasonably priced and rest assured to have best facilities/ service in its class.

The hotel is located far off on Kishangarh Highway. Their offering include clean room, excellent breakfast and parking area within resort. The only trouble is unavailablity of ola/uber during midnight. .

The good: Lots of space around the property Ample parking The Bad: Untrained staff Very under staffed Faulty AC ... this is a sacrilege in Jaipur Restricted breakfast menu Utterly slow service Negligible toiletries (no dental kit, no shaving kit, no shampoo either) Limited wifi The Ugly I had advanced booked thru Expedia, and when i checked in, i was flatly told by the 'confused' receptionist that there aint any booking in my name ... after showing him the booking confirmation email, he relented. Then another bombshell ... the receptionist asked me for 'advance payment' ! (Thankfully, there was a senior personnel of the hotel nearby, who heard his atrocious demand, and negated this demand).

The hotel is one of the most horrible venues to stay, the staff and manager are threatening and rude. They dont care how to talk to guest and the worst is that the manager is really horrible when it comes to talking to guest.

The rooms are very shady and smelly . . On top of it the front office staff is very rude . . You can expect no hospitality at all from the team . . While rooms are easily available at RS 2000 online, what else can one expect in terms of quality here . . We took 2 rooms today for just fresh and change as had come for some business at the nearby Mahindra world city. Just for 4 hours the hotel started fighting for extra payment as we were 6 of us out of which 3 people did not even use the toiletries . . And breakfast money was also taken from us while we were not even given tea as a courtesy that we won’t have any breakfast te next day . . . Would not recommend for a stay to anyone . .
