Hotel Sahil by WB Hotels

Nice hotel to stay at Katra. They have their transport facility for the Maa Vaishno Devi temple. Service is not good as expected. Foods at the restaurant is nice. They also provide rooms at a discounted price which is very nice. WiFi is also available. Bathrooms are well cleaned and rooms are well furnished.

We visited Katra in April 2017, Hotel is located at a distance of 1 km from Vaishno Devi Yatra parchi counter. Location is good as bus station is nearby, railway station is also not to far as well. For ATM , medical, food courts and local market you just need to step out from hotel and everything is with in the distance of 50 mtrs. Hotel restaurant is far better then the outsiders in terms of taste and price. Restaurants price's are very nominal. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

We had an okayish stay at this place You might get better options in katra. The hotel staff is unprofessional and need to learn a lot for treating there guest!! Food was good! accommodation and infra was average!!

I stayed with my family & friends in Hotel Sahil only for a night and booked 6 rooms and i stayed every year in Hotel Sahil .They were allot a room in a early morning at 5.30 A.M. without any extra charge. it is highly appreciated. Front desk manager also arrange our pickup from Katra Railway Station & also drop to Ban Ganga & return back to hotel after Darshan. Food quality is also good. At the time of final payment & check-out from hotel i asked front desk manager to kindly arrange drop to station at evening and he assure us for the same but after requesting him in night to arrange our drop to katra station he becomes so rude and ask very arrogantly to pick a auto from outside as today we have so many customers and payment due against them and you had paid your entire amount. i am very surprised.

Rude front desk staff....Dirty rooms..they don't believe in cleaning up the rooms after guests have checked out...smell of mould..entire room smells of fungus growing even on the curtains...Dirty Bathrooms..Sand everywhere no jet spray Kindly avoid this hotel. Even most guest houses are far better than Sahil
