Comfortable stayronitsingla FamilyMar 06,2016This hotel is located on the way to bus stand. Rooms are good and well maintained . Hot water is available .Food was very delicious . Staff was friendly. We had a comfortable stay there ,will look forward to stay there again.

Two days experience at hotel Basera at Katra, JammuAnil B FamilyOct 28,2018We stayed two nights at this hotel. Hotel is located at main road area and at the trijunction. Hotel is small clean and people were helpful. Rooms were clean bathroom was also clean. Restaurants was small and served as we asked . First floor rooms were better than the ground floor. We got at cheaper price than online after contacting over phone. Probably they don't have habits of replying mail but booked as asked. We're dropped at vaishnadevi gate and at station without charge. One thing for everyone notice that you will get pure vegetarian food at Katra town and no onion is used. Meat and alcohol is banned there.
