Nice hotel to stay very good ambiance and food the is very helpful . Must visit and the front of Ambika the chocolate room is also very nice they have alot varieties of dessert hot drinks and cold beverages pizza pasta and sandwiches sizzlers nice place to visit I recommend this place to visit.

Nice cosy rooms with great value for money.good food served along with friendly staff.booked for 1 night but extended and stayed for 3 days.its a nice place to spend your holiday at rather going to hotel ambica.will definitely stay there again.thanks all staff for your hospitality.

Without doubt one of the best hotels in Katra! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. The rooms were modern, clean & spacious. The halls, elevators, and ground were neat and tidy. The hotel has large parking area in front with ATM & shops. It also has huge garden in backyard with comfortable seating area. The hotel is inside main shopping area hence commute to temple, helipad, various restaurants & shops is very easy. This is accessible to almost everything and very much suitable hotel for family, couple of individuals

The hotel is marvellous in all manners. The room are neat and clean and the food is also upto the mark. The staff are also polite and helpful. It has a nice restaurant on the 1st floor providing delicious meal without garlic and onion which was really nice. Thr bsck of the h9tel had a marvellous garden with beautiful lush green field and tables for fine seating options. Proper toiletries were provided and other amenities were also nice. The rooms were recently renovated therefore lacked certain last touch and finishes which needs improvement. Another major issue was no acceptance of any type of e-payment and only cash. Rest everything was perfect.

Attitude of the staff towards the guests is not good. They were not ready to adjust with the family guests and were not ready to give already booked rooms before an hour. However game the same by taking a full day charge for all the booked rooms. Also the furnishing of the rooms is not so goob however the toilets are very well furnished.
