Comfortable stay, well maintained and clean... Friendly staffs from front desk. All precautions were taken consedering the current covid situation.......... Cleanliness and hygiene maintained at all the places.

Good and safe stay for family.Tasty food. Staffs are polite and good in service. Comfortable commute and situated near metro station. Requesting to add more varieties on food both veg and non vegetarian

I have stayed in February 2021 , that was my second in dunes continental. It was a good experience for me. All the staffs are very friendly. Whatever items we are ordering from IRD or House keeping they will deliver asap. And also they have given us the late check out for my first visit. Of course I had a pleasant stay at Dunes continental wish stay again also I will recommend this place to families. And room also was quiet. And also I have seen they are following covid protocol and and safety measurements. It's safe to stay here I will say without any doubt.

Room, facilities and services are very good. This hotel is in the city. Room are clean and neat. Hot water facilities are there. Extra bed arrangement was there. Food was good. Staff is very good. Services provided quickly.

The hotel had good service and comfortable stay. They took all necessary precaution related to Covid as well. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. They also provided early check- in and assisted us with tour guides for our Kochi visit.
