We stayed here just for 1 day/night and the experience and hospitality extended by the staff has ensured we are going to book only this hotel for our stay at Ernakulam always. The hotel is at very good location, the rooms are sufficiently big & clean, restroom was also larger than the usual. A hand towel(recieved later upon request) & hand wash if added would have been better. The breakfast was very well spread, everything being freshly made was tasty too. We had options of traditional kerala breakfast puttu kadale curry, idly, masala Dosa (made to order) , chutney, sambar, mix fruit juice, corn flakes, wheat flakes, milk, coffee, tea, cut fruits,French toast, bread butter jams, marmalades. They could improve on the cleanliness of some of the plates. The biggest takeaway from this stay for us was their head manager Mr. Manu Prasad and his amazing helpful nature. He got us a good taxi at the last minute on a Sunday morning which saved us a lot of time. Considering it was holiday season and all taxis were booked (we couldn't find one) , he spent minimum time with his sources and found one for us asap and at a very good deal. Hardly seen such level of commitment to assist guests who are checking out. I recommend everyone to give this value for money hotel a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed, considering the location ,service & stay quality.

Clean room, courteous staff. Easily accesible hotel at Fort Kochi. Adequate parking space for cars. Do ask for a corner room so that you can enjoy the view. Overall the stay was satisfactory. Complementary breakfast had only few choices.

I am a Singer.and i am staying here monthly twice for the last 8 months regarding my professional works. I am totally satisfied here. Main attractions are a calm and cool frontage, and the front office staff who are welcoming me all the time with their smiling faces. (Jude, Manu, Rajesh, Binu, Sharook, Shanimol) and they are always keeping covid protocol safety measures. Rooms are really clean and hygienically maintained. Balcony view, safe parking,help from the security staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, very good restaurant, good food, excellent service. Everything i liked. Once again i like to say that i am TOTALLY SATISFIED Thankfully Sudarsanan Achary S (Sudarshan Sukumaran )
