Our family had a very nice, pleasant and comfortable stay at Hamuse hotel, Kodaikanal. The whole hotel team was courteous, helpful and gave us an exceptional and excellent service. It was our first trip after our wedding and we are glad we chose Hamuse for stay... Absolutely professional and wonderful hospitality... Mr.Senthil and kapil took good care of us during our stay.. the only drawback is the wifi connectivity you guys might need to work on it.. other than that we had a splendid stay.. the cleanliness and the maintenance of the place was top notch.. special mention- the red velvet cake you guys gave us, it was the best cake I have ever had.. thank you for making our trip memorable...

Location is just 10 min walkable from lake Rooms are very nice and well maintained Food is very good Staff is well mannered and very courteous Travel desk is efficient and well connected for all the sightseeing needs and pick up and drops ... Over all great place to spend ur vacation

This is one of the good properties that you can find near the heart of the kodaikanal (The Lake). all the demanded places are nearby to this property. you can enjoy good market and food nearby. pricing of the property is quite high compare to the services. rooms are ok. not a kind of resort place. food is ok. services at restaurant are quite worse. breakfast is not upto the mark.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city..Close to the bustand, Lake etc. Ensure to confirm your bookings at the hotel before you land there, else they may not give you the rooms mentioning some reasons. Rooms are ok..Bath room and Bath towels are not cleaned...No toiletries provided in the bath room, including tissue paper.. Water is provided in bottles (Not bisleri) The complimentary break fast provided was ok.. There is enough car parking on the back side of the hotel....But the corridor leading to rooms looked not up to the mark considering the external appearance of the Hotel
