The stay was superb and driver gopalan anna from kodai sterling made our trip more special by understanding our needs and also took memorable pictures of us . Felt the ride was in benz r bmw with his way of smooth driving. He was one of the person who made us take membership also.

I am not a bowler but it seemed to me this little bowling alley was going back in time. We went one evening and my grandchildren bowled The people were real nice getting them shoes and a lightweight bowling ball. They even put up this contraption for the seven-year-old to help her from getting gutter balls Very friendly and a small town fel

We visited sterling kodai valley on 26th mar till 28th march ,first thing we noticed on arrival ,there was great greet by one of the staff named kanmani and helped us for early checkin and made us comfortable to refresh before checkin and made us a available for breakfast. During the entire stay she made us feel very comfortable asking for any requirements and easily helped us in coordinating and use of facilities.hats if to her sincere guest dedication and politeness,really very much appreciated

Just to had a wonderful week at Kodaikanal Sterling Kodai Valley resort- Wonderful resort - great gardens and View as well as Rooms - clean & well maintained & thoughtful and helpful staff everywhere (But with a special thanks to House Keeping Team- Antony -Team Leader Praveen Venkit Akhil Prabhu & Aravind) The negative side was the internet speed (Wifi), There was very poor Wi-Fi signals / coverage for internet. Anyway the overall experience was good!
Awesome location, great food but lot to improve on house keeping.

After a long time, we planned a vacation. Sterling Kodai Valley was our choice. The food was absolutely magnificent - variety as well as taste on the Breakfast and Dinner buffet were the highlight of our stay at this resort. Spl mention to Mr Ramesh. He was omnipresent at all hours, energetic and contagious smile.. Lot to be desired in house keeping. Broken flush, overheated and leaky Fridge etc were irritants. More so when the complaints weren't resolved in time and disturbing the guests while sleeping at night to fix these complaints was even worse. Another disappointment was lack of upgrade options. All in all average experience.
