Beautiful hotel . Nice rooms and very peaceful Skyzone restaurant one of a great place to relax and have your time spent. Efficient staff , very polite specialy thanks for sandesh , sujit . Location is on main road on Kolhapur . Restaurant the food taste was very excellent I'm satisfied the with my stay .

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and the experience was good and Shivaneri GSA front office gave us great service and next time when we'll visit kolhapur we'll definitely stay in Hotel Citrus

We had booked 2 rooms for 1day.
We had bad experience rite from start.after reaching property security person took car keys and told us they lock windows and lock however wen we came down after 3hrs cat was open and was as it where we had given him.door windows were open.Check in was very slow ,they made us sit for almost 15 mins.manager of property was very rude.rooms were not as shown in pictures .they need total upgradion.ac and tv were not working.we had called service guy but he could not fix however we fixed tv as there were loose connection with wire and button.ac was not cooling in room 403 whole night and water from ac was leaking .towel took almost 1 here to reach room.that too after calling 2times and 1time by going down to reception.Swiggy and zomato is allowed however based on manager mood they allow them to deliver in room or they call down customers which was very unfair.manager does not know to speak to customers.breakfast is okay not that great.rest of staff are okay but very slow service.glass bottle Pepsis of mrp 15 is charged rs 140and water having Mrp 20 is charged around 50z
Pls avoid this property.

- Layer of dust accumulated in below luggage rack and similar areas that are just nominally hidden from eye
- AC leaked water, causing wooden floor to start stripping off
- Toilet drains do not have gas traps, causing the toilets to stink considerably
Restaurant/Food
- Skylounge on 6th floor (IIRC) has only high chairs in non smoking zone. Was uncomfortable for Sr Citizen with us and had to move to other.
- Multicuisine/Pubjabi restaurant on Ground floor indicated they would need 30+ min to get Pizza from top floor. Eventually came after 45 Min, with wrong toppings. Replacement offered was wrong topping too.
- Food overall was tasty. The staff did offer complimentary dessert. Punjabi food ordered was good to taste
Security/Service
- We stopped over for one night in transit, as part of a long trip. Our car had a lot of luggage which we specifically told security to NOT unload. We asked about safety in parking and were assured of it.
- Overnight the staff unloaded luggage for unknown reasons. That could be attributed to a mistake, except that nobody informed us until we discovered the next day.
- The luggage wad dumped randomly in the car. Luggage with wheels was put on leather seats creating wrinkles/scratches. A branded dress that was hanging in the car was put on floor, with luggage on top of it, crushing it
- When asked to speak to manager, the front desk staff kept asking me to wait for 2 min..kept waiting for 40+ min.
Eventually after throwing a tantrum, the person that I got to meet was head of sales Rajkumar who obviously had nothing to do with staff management. He also connected me to supposed Cluster Operations head Sandeep on phone. Rajkumar & Sandeep were highly apologetic, offered to arrange for a car spa to fix seat and some discount on room billing.
I wasn't looking for monetary compensation and haven't taken it. Just a more professional experience. Avoid issues above, and where they occur, keep customer informed & engage proactively. Not require a customer to throw a tantrum to get attention
