It's a good hotel.....service is okay...food is just fine.....the menu needs to be worked out....staff is fine...Lots of work needs to be done on upkeep of the hotel..but the staff are very Cooperative. There is difficulty with parking and the other side of the view.but I guess they can't help it....but the stay is value for money.

Very Cozy place. Needs lots of improvement but we see that the staff is very helpful. Food is good and affordable. Location is very good advantage. Airport is nearby. So is the stadium. Though don't expect a good view . But as a B&B property it's okay.

Been there for Office work, all staffs are very nice, especially Moumita & Swapan is very friendly. Restaurant service was also very proper and organised. Only the decorations and lights of rooms need to be more bright.

We visited for our cousins marriage. We booked the suite room with my family. Service was pretty good.. in reception all staff are good special mr.vishal... and from restaurant Mr. Alal was so helpful... Overall stay was so comfortable...

Have visit to Kolkata for an official work so booked the nearest hotel but was disappointed with the restaurant services and staff behaviour - need alot of training and education to Mr.Indrajeet and Ms.Payel. Lot of mosquitos in the room , Food is average, front desk staff services good, restaurant staff services poor.
