The hotel is a bit far from Eco park and is mainly famous for business tourists. The rooms are good with an easy check-in process. The breakfast served is really good. The swimming pool shown in the picture is just for namesake though.

This hotel is good and budget friendly. Also offers buffet in breakfast. But most of the time one or other thing is already damaged in the room. The staff behaviour is very good and helpful, they do their best to rectify the issue.
WORST EXPERIANCE!! Pathetic place which would leave you unsatisfied and embarrassed!!

I really regret that I had made my bookings as when I had reached the hotel and checked into my room the room was tremendously dirty, foul smell and the linen and the pillows were full of stains. When I complained to the hotel staff they had sent the room cleaning guy who was not following covid-19 protocols and didn't even have a mask. The cleaning guy refused to chance the stained linen or the pillows stating that their laundry service is like this and they can't help me I would have to bear such dirty linen and pillows. After repeatedly telling the staff and after some quarrel he decided to change the linen and pillow with again stained linen and pillow covers and said all our linen and pillows are like this if you have to stay then you have to bear this as our laundry service is like this. I was very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the whole thing as there was no clean linen nor pillow and there were no mask nor any means of sanitization whereas one of the main reason for me to book it through OYO because it was specifically written that there would be proper sanitization before the customers.
We are highly offended and embarrassed for the experience had at the hotel the receptionist forces customers to put 5 stars for the stay and behave such a rude way that I as a customer would never book with you again nor I would recommend any women to do the same due to such experience.

Although I never do negative reviews, I thought I should bring it to public notice.
The worst hotel stay in recent memory.
Bad interiors, Dirty linen, clueless staff, bad breakfast, leaking toilets, water shortage, mosquitoes with no repellant provided, poor housekeeping, bugs, no TV channels. This is just a short list. Was stuck here because it was pre-booked from company for a business trip.
If there was an option of negative marks, I would have given it.
Horrible experience with Hotel and Oyo

Terrible experience. I had booked the property through OYO and for the first time in 3 years after multiple travels through Oyo, I found loopholes with Oyo and the Capital O Platinum Studio 50.
The Capital O 14525 Platinum Studio 50 : Pictures can be deceiving. We liked the pictures and the feedback given in Trip Advisor we went ahead with the Booking. On arrival at the Property with my parents who are senior citizens, we started experiencing shocks after shocks.
1. We had opted for this Property as this place had its own restaurant, this is a very important especially when both my parents are Diabetic and would need regular food in regular intervals. The restaurant has never been used during Lunch or Dinner time as the hotel team informed that please call 1 hour before time so that we can make it and deliver at your room. Not sure if they are making it at the kitchen in the hotel or they get it from somewhere else. If they have more orders then it is delayed beyond 1 hour. Breakfast time is from 7:30am to 10am. We went for breakfast at 9am and there was no food. They just had bread, butter. and Jam. Thank God that they had Cornflakes. When we ordered for Boiled eggs, the hotel staff refused to serve us eggs in breakfast. After almost 30mins they get a small plate of Poha. By this time another gentleman comes and sits at the next table and he gets severed Omelette. When we asked why this discrimination. We were informed that when we asked 30 mins ago there was no eggs. So if breakfast time is from 7:30am to 10 am, eggs enter the hotel at 9:30am. Big Shock or the Hens woke up late.
2. Because my Parents need someone to be with them, we had specifically asked for a bigger room where 3 people can stay. We checked this with Oyo when we booked the stay. We even asked that if Oyo thinks that the rooms are small then we can add another room with a connecting door to the room that our Parents would stay. Oyo confirmed that the rooms are big for 3 Paxs. The room provided is so small that my father fell once in the room. When we asked for additional room, rooms available on a higher charge.
3. Oyo confirmed that the hotel has good rating. When I checked Trip Advisor, I too saw that the hotel had good ratings till 2018.
4. Attitude of the hotel staff as mentioned in 1 or 2 reviews in Trip Advisor is completely wrong. The Staff including the receptionist are rude, lazy and no professionalism. They have the "chalta hai" attitude. The rooms were not cleaned in 6 hours that we were away. The Hotel asked us to deposit the room keys before leaving on the pretext that the room would be cleaned. When asked, why the room was not cleaned as we had said that we would be back in 2 hours. The receptionist said that "Now you are back then we will clean it". (This sentence looks very innocent but the attitude and the tone used by the receptionist was very derogatory, almost as if she was doing us a favor by talking to us.) If that is the case then why did hotel staff keep the room keys. Was the room keys kept so that someone visits the room in our absence to sift through our belongings or to actually clean the room. No one knows.
5. Do not go by the pictures given in the different websites for this hotel.The hotel is different completely. I tried searching for traveller pics but couldn't find any except for 2 pics with Balloon decorations on the bed.
6. Now Oyo Room's loop holes : We booked the hotel through Oyo. They confirmed all the requirements as mentioned above and suggested that this is a good one and confirmed our booking for 5 days. Since the plight that we had to go through with our parents, we decided to shift at the earliest. We decided that we needed to move out 2 days earlier than decided. BIG MISTAKE. Oyo refused to help us. We started calling Oyo Customer service from 6pm to 11:30pm and the support we got was Zero. After a lot of explaining to zillion customer service reps, 5 calls being disconnected, 10 Managers, 2 Circle Managers; the team said that we (who have suffered so much) still had to pay for 1 day extra as it is a part of the Oyo Room's policy that we need to adhere to as we are cancelling the booking. Well we were forced to cancel the booking as they services promised by the Hotel and stamped by Oyo was not provided. It was all a Lie.
We still raised a Escalation # 21135635 with Oyo Rooms for the same. We, who have stayed at prime properties through Oyo and who have always believed in the pictures posted in websites, are completely dissatisfied and that too we got no help from Oyo. We spent money on calls to different people in Oyo. We spent our energy trying to make people at Oyo to understand our misery. We got migrains and headaches and still Oyo did not help in removing the change that their Policy suggests. TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH OYO.
