Hotel Platinum

Hotel Platinum is situated at seven point crossing just opposite Zeeshan restaurant in Park Circus. Hotel rooms are very neat and clean as because it is a very new construction. Basic all amenities are there in room like small fridge coffee maker LED tv with HD connection. they have got a restaurant in 1st floor name Aaliah restaurant which is North Indian, You wont find any chinese. Staff are good and helpful.

Stayed for business purpose. However it is too expensive and the quality is average. Look for better option if you want to stay near park circus. The cost is expensive if done through application and cheaper if done directly.

Location is good nearby the prime locations of Kolkata Rooms are clean and comfortable Need to add gst amount in the pricing during booking Breakfast is bought from roadside so better to have it outside

I've never ever written a review like this before (worst experience) , not a pleasant feeling to write this. - We booked base don the pics posted by the hotel. don't believe them. The local below & the driver told us this is not a hotel, more like one of those cheap gueshouse that aren't safe. - It's a very old building. The pathway to the hotel is through a tiny walkway at the side through dumping area. It stinks (no joke it does), urine smell allthe way in the lift. - We arrived at 4am (very early), we've emailed the hotel during booking (through Booking.com) asking them if early check in available & of there's any additional charges for a 4am check (we were okay to pay for half day price). Hotel replied, room available at no extra charges. During check in, they refused to honour their email on that & just said pay 1 extra day or get out. (very rude). 4 am, dark, new place. we had no choice but to pay additional & just check ourself in first. - Room stinks. bathroom stinks. No lock on the bathroom door. Bathroom leaks. hot water in non existence. bedspread, blankets was dirty. dusty. not sure if it was ever cleaned. bed was so hard. Stinks. mini fridge works. Fan works. - Breakfast... dirty place, cups. choice of prata or toast bread (burned). - noise level... very noisy in the hotel, outside of the hotel, around the hotel. - Not worth the price. no peae of mind. it was so dirty & disgusting. - Please just avoid this place.

I was there for a Business Trip in Kolkata and ended up booking this hotel because of the hotel pics it showcased by the property. Check for Pics. Guys, Let me tell you It is Not at all like the photos posted and is a serious old building which needs infra repair and rooms stink big time, aren't clean infact I got ill staying in the room because the air condition and fans are not even cleant since ages. Bathroom stinks big time Its not clean at all.. Foul smell in lift The building is very OLD Breakfast got is from downstairs foot path and only 1 option. You can buy it yourself just down the hotel too. Water is not provided and bottled water is charged high Waste of money and and Not at all recommended for people looking for a decent stay Pay a bit more and stay in a bit premium hotel instead I had to change immediately the hotel
