Good stay for small family or couples. Specially, if you have to catch a flight in odd times. Service: 5/5 Room: 4/5 (couple/small family) cleanliness: 4/5 Location: 5/5 Little traffic noise while sleeping because property is on main road.

A low budget hotel good for stay with family...food charges are expensive...management should take care of food rates and increase the item numbers of complimentary breakfast alongwith the quality...however, they have to take care of hotel bill which is not showing exact money paid by the customer at the time of check-out...!!!

Located very close proximity to kolkata airport,About 10 minutes drive. The hotel is right on the VIP road. Staffs are very courteous. Service is promt. A pleasant stay with my family.Advised for the people who have morning and night flights

I have Been to Kolkata 4 Times but this time I go with This Horror property . How can Someone Give 4 Star or 5 Star Reviews to this Property ? I have Booked this property for 2 Nights . 2 Star Just because of Polite Service other than that Room Full of Spider Web , Used Sheet and they used 2 Single Bed Sheet to Cover one Full Queen Bed (Rarely Seen) . Toilet Jet for Washing is not working , i Have to use our Indian Style to wash my A** . What the Hell ??? They are providing Complimentary Breakfast and what they are giving ?? Uncooked Bread Toast , Seriously !!!! Don't go with Pics online !! Beware of This Property if you don't want to waste your money !! Go with Other property Costing more but don' ever book this property . One thing i Forgot , AC is equal to Turbine engine making a hell lot of noise .

I selected this hotel for one night stay as it was close to the airport. the location of this hotel is pretty approachable and excellent but the rooms are dirty the staff always looks for tips and will give you indirect hints to get tips. Even they changed my room when I complained about the dirty room that was given to me, but the new room was also not as per expectation. The website will say that there will be a mini bar but refrigerator is not available in every room. Also I have noticed they put a label very clearly saying outside food is strictly not allowed. So honestly I will prefer to wait at airport lounge for hole night but will never prefer this hotel.
