We checked into Hotel Cash Fortuna on Feb 22nd and stayed till 24th. We had a wonderful stay, with a warm welcome and a smooth checkout. We could the hotel personnel to be extermely warm and willing to go out of their way to help us. The rooms were nice and quite tranquil, despite the hotel being in the heart of the city. Keep up the good work team. Will come back , whenever we are in Kolkata

It has been more than 6 years that I've regularly visited the "City of Joy" for work & have always preferred to stay at CASA FORTUNA.... Hospitality here is par excellence - starting from the Door Man, the person at the Front Desk, House keeping staff, to the Room Service boys, they are all very well groomed & extremely courteous.... Really appreciate, the way the ever smiling Staff maintain the hygiene factor & the ambiance in an impeccable manner.... Uniqueness lies in the way the staff is eager & volunteers to help you out of any situation.... For me if its Kolkata, it has to be CASA FORTUNA....

I had to undertake a day trip, morning check in and evening check out at the Hotel for purpose of business. An amazingly, sparkling and shiny hotel this is. The Front Office and HK team are pretty alert at all times! The cleanliness standards continue to remain the same every time that I visit Casa Fortuna. My guests Gautam and Biswajit were very happy too! We ordered for great vegetarian food and the Dal Casa with staples like Stuffed Kulcha and Naan were simply amazing. Kudos to the team! Keep up the good work!

Clean room friendly staff , Mr Raju was really of great help.. the buffet breakfast was very nice .. will recommend 👍 US embassy is walkable so will definitely prefer the stay here if you are coming for any visa related work .. many hotels are near by for food options even shopping options are available..

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and our experience was very satisfying. The hotel is centrally located and all the sight seeing spots are at convenient distance from this place. Victoria memorial, Birla planetarium and Rabindra sadan are at walkable distance. The hitel service staff is very poliye and cooperative. The service turn around time is quick. The breakfast spread is good. Only suggestion is to introduce some new items on a daily basis. The rooms are small but decent enough for two people. They are clean and well maintained. Room service is available along with the restaurant facility. The biggest attractiin is thr popular Park Street for its eateries. Right from street food to quality restaurants all kinds of varities are available here. Mocombo, Flurries bakery, Peter Cat are a few to name. Overall its a great experience staying at Casa Fortuna and would certianly recommend it to people visiitng Kolkatta especially as tourists.
