I am very to say that Esteem group of owneres are irlirate..They does not know hw to behaive to hotel staff icluding manager. Dont book any room ..The owner of esteem group is use language sala.. All time ..We are also complain is FHARI to band this hotel.

On 4th Feb i checked in hotel esteem.During the check-in a person was standing in reception.The way he was talking it seems to me that he is the Director.Everything was going good.The staff was good they helped me with all the formalities which was required but something very bad happened in between and that experience made me feel bad for the poor staff those who are working there..That man(director) was scolding the staff in front of the guest and in front of everyone not only that he was even using foul language..As i was talking with the front office staff and asking about them the facilities and places to visit nearby he was continuously interrupting in between and he is not even letting the staff to speak.This whole experience made me feel bad for the staff..I too have a business even i too have 100 staff those are working under me. I never scolded any staff in front of anyone and never abused them.I felt really bad the way he was speaking and i personally feel that you should forward this piece of advice to him from my end..Thank you hotel esteem apart from this experience the overall staff is very good.

Me and my friend stayed here for 1 night. The room was very dirty, broken glass, dust everywhere, dirty linen. Staff not very helpful. I will never stay here again. It doesn't deserve 3 stars maybe 2 by Asian standards definitely not European

The hotel was not clean, the surroundings are very dark and dirty. Wifi almost never worked. The breakfast was offered in poorly cleaned rooms that didn't really invite you to eat anything there.
The price for this hotel was very high, they say this is a 3 star hotel but I think it's more like a 2 star.
There is a shopping mall two blocks around which seems to be the only clean place to eat in the neighborhood. They have a Subway and a McDonald's restaurants.

So I’ll start with searching for a good hotel on trip advisor only. For this particular hotel I read a lot of mixed kind of reviews. This budget I thought was under my budget and with some good reviews I booked it for 3 nights. Coming to hotel reviews, here we had not received any Welcome drink alike most of the other hotels. No warm welcome sort of things we were just assigned a room and our luggage was sent. I had booked a premium room but it was a small sized room with small bathroom as well. You will not find coffee maker in the room. There were just two pillows and one towel provided.we also had to ask for toiletries, it wasn’t in the room. We had booked breakfast which was not at all worth our money. Sometimes they even said that it is chargeable if you want to eat it in your room. They do not have dining area and they make it anywhere as per their requirements . In short i had high expectations from this hotel and it came out as nothing. I have given one star to it for it’s cleanliness in the bathroom. It’s the first thing I look in any hotel room.
