    Room was very good and clean. But little small. Hospitality was very good. Location was also good. Healthy and pleasant environment for everybody. Can stay single / with family but not a recommend for couples.

    The stay was quite pleasant and the property was too good . Though we had a bad experience at dining because the food was not up to the mark and was cold. Rest all were pretty much up to the mark and appreciated. Could add on more leisure games and other activities to keep the guests busy.

    Fantastic location on main Sarat Bose Rd. You can go to the nearby lakes for a morning walk. Rooms are well-furnished and staff is polite. 24 hour security. Lake Mall is just 200 mtrs away. There's no in-house restaurant but the locality has an amazing variety of restaurants, all at a short walk from this guest house!

    Spent there for a few weeks during Oct, 2014. This is a very nice and clean place. The staff behavior is excellent, specially the manager Ms. Jhrna Halder. She is very professional, responsible and friendly person. If I go back to Kolkata, I would definitely stay there again. Mr and Mrs Mukherji, Toronto, Canada

    Located strategically in the heart of southern avenue, this guest house has very tiny rooms. The bathrooms are untidy. The basic amenities are below expectations. They do not have any restaurant, but there is a tea/coffee maker. Wifi is very slow, as good as having no wifi.
