Bhammars Inn

Visited Bhammar's Inn last month and must say the stay was comfortable and is definetely a value for money stay.... Management is very helpful and friendly and they know how to make their guests happy when compare with other hotels whose intention is just to take more money and give pathetic service. Would suggest all to atleast visit Bhammars inn when you in Kolkata.

Bhammar's Inn is located in a quiet lane. A narrow path leads to this hotel. It's not very huge but is recommended as it's well maintained, staff is good, food is tasty and rooms are neat and clean. I stayed in the smallest room in the hotel - the deluxe room - as I was alone. It has 2 beds but for 2 people, it can be a bit too small. The prices however are very reasonable. I had the option of complimentary breakfast and it was decent. It can be served in your room or at the restaurant on top which is also well designed. The hotel is located in Ballygunge and is just 1.7 kms away from the nearest metro station (Jatin Das). It is accessible from any part of Kolkata.

Small but clean elegent rooms, rooft top restaurant view is good. Staff is polite and helpfull. Location of hotel is peaceful. nearbuy lot of eating options available. Hotel is only 2 km from metro station and Birla Mandir. Full Value for money.

This is a low budget hotel as far as Kolkata is concerned Rs 1500 per night. A teeny tiny alley leads you to the hotel from the street. They charge you for drinking water a bit more than that’s sold outside. Ask for room service breakfast (free service). Do not attempt to eat in the stinky dining area in the 2nd floor. The staff was very friendly and made our stay pleasant. Book just standard rooms. Do not book deluxe rooms which look as plain as a std room. If you are cash strapped, go for it. It’s Ballygunge location makes it great for tourists.

I happen to stay at this "INN" from 12 April 2018 to 16 April 2018.The booking was done by somebody else on my behalf. I am sorry to say that the hotel is not up worth mentioning.The picture posted may show it quite nice,but it is not nice.The toilet is not properly cleaned.The food provided is very expensive .You can get much cheaper food outside. In the morning,they have very limited choices for breakfast.If you happen to be Non-Bengali you may even get cold shoulders. Anyway, the hotel has a creepy entrance. I would rather advise the travelers to go for any other hotel which can offer professional behavior.The staff is it seems is least interested in any guest.I would also like to add that there was a Bengali person from Lucknow who happen to stay with me.(He was from another city and not from Kolkata).He was very well served which I saw from my eyes.The reason as i have mentioned above. Please avoid to stay here .If unfortunately you happen to stay here then please avoid eating here. I would rate 1 out 5 to this "INN" (In which 5 is best).
