Pleasant stay with this hotel. I would mention the location is prime. Staffs were well mannered. Food quality was also good and reasonable. But they need to change their breakfast on regular basis.but rest of things are good.

This was so far a lovely stay and a fully comfortable spend over there in any expect especially loved hot shower and wonderful pool there also kids zone and meeting zone was so good one there as I found

Booked this hotel for 5D/4N for my parents... As mentioned in earlier reviews, the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage . Rooms are comfortable, clean washrooms.. The buffet breakfast had limited options and generally repeated .. Overall a decent facility and good stay..

We stayed in this property for one night only. It was a short stay, but overall okay. Since it is an old property and located at a busy junction, luxury is not expected. Rooms are big, but differ from the photo shown and a bit dull and shabby. However, the housekeeping immediately cleaned the toilet on my request. No hot water available at bathroom, and no toiletries offered. The rooms can be made more lighted. You cannot remove the curtains also, as next building is just adjacent. Breakfast is limited and not satisfactory. Airport ad Railway station both are very very far from here. But the major positive point is the Gariahat junction where it is located. You will have all kinds of shopping hub, from Forum mall at a very short distance to street shopping with variety and cheap options. All famous saree shops are nearby. There are lot of options of food at nearby places, with variety of items and rates. Just explore and enjoy. No need to have food at the hotel. However, the staffs are polite & helpful, with prompt service. We had a nice comfortable stay here. If you are planning a budgeted stay, then definitely can go for it. However, check the tariff at different websites, as in some websites it is unnecessarily hiked.

Stayed for 5 days during our official tour. Very poor and unsatisfactory service. Receptionist was non professional and didn't know hospitality. food quality was very very poor.They used to tell having veraiety of food but served same rice, pulse, mix vez roti in dinner for all day. Non veg item chicken and fish taste was like road side hotel. complained about food quality to restaurant staff and manager but no response. They don't care about the visitors problem, need and satisfaction. They don't even receive call at reception, room services and House keeping. Behaviour of Reception staff including Manager was very rude. They dont accept card payment and deal only in cash.
