This hotel is very good. Location good. Ambiance very good. Staff all good. Clean room . Testy food. Specially Front office Manager Biswajit Gupta very helpful. Over all stay was comfortable. Hi speed wifi.

Nice hotel at prime location. Hotel has comfortable rooms, good food and helpful support staff. Specially GM of the hotel Mr. Biswajit Gupta was very helpful in arranging my trip to Digha. He took personal interest in booking hotel and vehicle to get there.
Overall had a good experience

Location is superb and the hotel is good. I requested for early check in and we were provided the same .I would like to stay in future.reception staff behaviour was very supportive. Food quality taste and service was really good. Manager Biswajit Gupta very helpful . Nice, spacious and clean room with big screen TV and good Air conditioning. Overall had a very good experience. Thank you bigboss hotel host me.

my stay was official for one day in Nov 1st week 2017,staff was polite and helpful,but the room was old fashioned,but clean.and the wifi was a bit slow, which was complimentary though.location wise it is centrally located.
Hotel is not refining the money after hell lot of follow up

In the month December i was there for 3 days for some business related work at the Time of check out there was some confusion got created as it's a corporate booking where the payment is being done on advance but still the representative told that there is no payment done so I thought there must be some confusion and I made the payment on thinking that as it's a star rated hotel if everything goes fine I will get it back refund after that when I got to know that the payment was made on Advance and the same was informed to them they said that they will refund in 2 to 3;days but it's been 4 months still the refund Is not done inspire of giving all the documents they asked and Everytime they said that "your refund will be done in 2to 3 days".
