    Best hotel in m g road gud and helpfull staff best environment food is awesome .market and metro is near by .room price is cheap and best I recommend when u come kolkata for business or tour purpose pls Book ur room in hotel golden palace (m g road)

    hotel is in the heart of m.g road, hotel is very comfortable for stay and service staff is also polite and hotel is fully cleanness. bathroom is also clean, there is cctv camera in all floor. smoking is not allowed inside the property.

    Hotel Golden Palace, a nice place for family stay, is situated on M.G. Road. Metro is at walkable distance. Rooms are well lit and clean, attached with clean toilet. Food is good, offers free breakfast in the morning. courteous staff. Rooms on the front, facing road as well as those on the inner side all are good and not much disturbance due to traffic noise or other noise is noticed.

    The hotel is a mid-range guesthouse. Located closed to a metro station (5 min walk) on a busy commerce road. Every day at 5am you have an "auto" wake-up, as the muepzinne starts its prayers calling to people to pray. Breakfast was included and is served in the space of the restaurant that is at the front of the hotel. Overall, the room was clean, but very small. Bathroom has no windows and with the weather in Kolkata, it was very damp.

    I can't say anymore about this. Pathetic & worst hotel. Totally mismanaged & even after taking prior bookings they deny the room allocations. The location is worst, without any approach road and totally negative on the hospitality. They should have not been in this business.
