    Very good budget hotel with good amenities compared to the price. Clean room/bathroom. Good bed and linens. AC, TV, Hot water works perfectly. Has balconies in all floors and a small lift. Located in a central area in Park Circus (not too posh) - but not too far from Quest Mall (1 km) or Park Street/, New Market (3-5 km). Was travelling with kids. Front desk and room service staff are helpful. Plenty of small shops and eateries nearby- but nothing fancy. Very good experience.

    The hotel was nice with good service, room was small but comfortable.......... Breakfast is same everyday........But staffs are very good. And it’s very near to the Quest Mall which is nice. The Airport is around 1 hour away.

    Highly courteous and Pleasant Staff (especially the Mgr at Front Desk Kashif Ahmed, and the Gentleman serving Buffet Breakfast). Rooms are slightly small (but you can't really crib since the Room rates are very budget friendly and reasonable).Also rooms and the pics on the net were exactly the same (unlike many other budget hotels). Close to Park Street, almost at the Heart of Kolkata & Well connected by Ola, Uber services. Overall Good experience & would like to recommend for a budget friendly and happy stay in the City of Joy :)

    You exactly get what you pay for. If you are for medical purpose then it's the right choice. But if you are for visit purpose you should check other location. Rooms were clean at that budget. The toilet bassin was super tiny. Infact water rushed into my dress. The wifi router had a problem. I wasn't able to connect. Restaurants aren't nearby. Good thing is the quest mall is just 10 minutes walking distance. The stuffs are well mannered. Rooms re very small. I wish there was a breakfast table. The TV wasn't working, I am guessing they didn't pay for the setbox.

    Please please request to all who will read this review don’t book this hotel because if u booked online they will charge for breakfast and breakfast is common for all days.And second is we have booked private car from hotel management for local sight seeing in that driver and hotel manager taken more money from us.And the driver is very orrogunt...misbehaved with me and my family...online they shows we gives free breakfast bt when u will check out they gives u bill for the same
