Very neat and clean property. Superb location. Calm and gentle behaviour of staffs. And prompt service. Although it is a veg property, but you can order non veg from Swiggy Zomato. It was a business tour....but enjoyed the stay here. Definitely would like to visit again. Bye bye Kolkata.....

Hotel is good. Location is also very nice and just beside EM Bypass. Locality is silent and nice. Now about the hotel its good and bads. BADS: *No Room service was provided. Asked for towel from day 1 did not give a single towel. *Bedsheets were stained, asked them to change, but they never did. *In the name of Complimentary water we were given only 1 bottle of 1lt for 3 night stay. *No body wash or hand wash were refilled. *Room was not cleaned even once in these 3 days though the garbage was collected only once. *They don't have in house restaurant. Now the GOODS: *Staffs were well behaved. *Our room preference were honoured. *Though the room was a bit small but was well decorated and comfortable. *Hand sanitizer were given in the rooms and staircase. *Must mention the breakfast was good and unlimited and tasted good. *Washroom was clean and hot water was available. *Internet was available and was free and was fast. *Outside food (Swiggy Zomato) can be delivered directly to the room. Overall a good budget stay which can be reconsidered again. Thanks to the Hotel for a Good stay experience. Though I would really loved more if the requested services were provided.

Average Hotel to Stay...Dont expect nom veg dishes..Breakfast buffet is consist of 2-3 items only.No refrigerator in Oak rooms..Only 1 complimentry bottle in the room.You can have food at Byepass Dhaba .Surrounded by Foof Joints

Ac was unable to maintain ambient room temperature. Breakfast not provided for early check out. Food could be much better. No wifi was provided. Other things like adequate tissues, towel should be provided.

Room is not clean and lot of smoke smell. Bedsheets sheets are very dirty and not clean. Basic facilities like bath room cleaning and soaps are not maintained. Need lot of improvement and Breakfast is maintained with very minimal menu.
