    Stay was excellent, room was clean n neat. Staff is so helpfull over here, breakfast was delicious and room service was free. During covid time best service you can get here. Staff is toooo they have made our stay super comfortable

    Good hotel with good service. Rooms are big.Had booked Mahogany category. Very clean rooms. Enjoyed by 2 nights stay. Food quality is good. Location of the hotel is good for travellers as it is nearby to shops,transport etc.

    Good room.. Nice breakfast.. Friendly & helpful staff.. However, reservation was not extended even after prior information & requirement of 2 ladies which was very inappropriate.. Expected them to arrange the extension of stay as soon as we checked in..

    The bad. Stayed initially in a double room and then a single. the rooms are OK at the best. The hotel initially refused to give us more than two towels for a double shared room and no hand towels. The room assigned for a single bed was tiny and the AC was non functional. Had to repack and move to an another room. The good Breakfast was decent and on time. The staff was responsive

    Hotel Stuffs are not trained. Guests are not allowed. No manners while talking to guests. No one was wearing proper mask. The stuffs at the reception make their own set of rules. The hotel is more expensive for the service they are providing. No proper parking area.
