    The apartment is infact very cheap and i really loved staying in it. We can prepare our own food and small overoof space to rest also. Although the apartment is really nice, but i am afraid of the structure, the building structure is near the construction are and i hope it will be fine if the structure is completed.

    Located around 5 Kilometers from the Kalighat temple, this place is really a nice place to stay. With proper public transport available to reach any corner of the city. With free WiFi and free parking, this place offers you a lot more than what a hotel would offer you on this price range. The room service is also proper.

    I arrived at the location which is in a densely populated area with no amenities for Europeans. The place is more like a family home with lots of rooms that they have decided, over time, to make in to a guest house. The room shown to me needed the tiling in bathroom finished, and the light was supported with string. The owners are VERY helpful. When I explained my concerns they were only to keen to waive my first night's fee, and also called me a cab to go to a more appropriate hotel on a more appropriate location. I am NOT saying the place is bad, but not really up to European standards, yet.

    Really poor customer service, very rude and definitely unwelcoming. We don't recommend any body All staff is very illiterate it's a very rude behaviour to manager also kindly change manager as soon as poss

    I had booked a room around 2 weeks in advance via Booking.com and had a confirmed booking. However, the hotel ditched me and did not honor the commitment. This speaks about the ethical standards of the hotel. Never ever book this hotel, else you will be in trouble and may end up in cancelling your trip.
