    The amenities & the staff are very well groomed & humble. Loved my experience with this hotel. Its well connected to the rest of Kolkata. The hotel rooms are to the standard of a 5 start. Good going guys.

    Stayed 3 days in the hotel with 4 teenages boys for their school football tournament. Tournament was at one of the training ground. Hotel was walking distance. Nice and convenient location. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Good stay for tournaments etc

    Pros Good location Fair breakfast Well mannered and helpful junior staff Cons Poor floor supervision prior to check in Plugs do not work Cold water comes out of geyser Rooms are not made ready on time inspite of booking Front glass door needs cleaning,glasses are full of hand marks,dust and stains Towels smells of bleaching powder. Hair dryer is not available on asking

    Since I checked in @ 4 in evening, I requested them for a late check out at 2 out as I had a flight for which I should be leaving at 2:30pm. They allowed me till 1 pm, however Dev Jyoti, receptionist, was extremely rude and always making me feel as he is doing a huge favour. He was just not courteous even with his words. They did not have any booking of that room next day but he did not consider another 45mins. I paid the full amount and checked in so late, they should have considered. Also, they also charge for water in room. Rooms were not kept at all. Remotes were dusty, bed covers were stained. I would never recommend anyone to book this hotel. With the price you pay, so much better options are available

    People call at 6 am if you are checking out to check when the payments will be done. No manners or decorum. Non-courteous and rude staff. And for the amount paid, rooms are shabby, smelly and old. Avoid at all costs.
