Triose Boutique Hotel

Stayed at the hotel (15Nov-16Nov, 2021) for a couple of days with my wife in a Luxury King room. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, the staff at the reception were friendly and arranged an alternate room until our room got ready. The staff kindly obliged my prior email request and arranged a small but cute welcome decoration for our honeymoon. Mr Pradeep, a very experienced manager has been extremely cordial, made our trip very pleasant. Thank you Pradeep. Luxury king room is really worth the stay. Next to the hotel, a dhaba within Triose multiplex serves extremely tasty food, a very convenient place to eat and order within walkable distance.

I checked in for a day on 5th Sep with my family.They say" Well begun is half done"..Mr Ganesh at the reception was very courteous/ quick with his work & in 5 mins after doing all the initial checks as per Covid protocol,gave a super room( Suite with balcony- Wow wat a view from balcony" serene"). They have their own dhaba in the adjacent mall and the food was awesome.The typical ambience of a dhaba cud be seen. The service boy Sagar & waiter Deepak were cooperative.They ensured we are at absolute ease with our 3 year old kid. The help provided by Mr Mishra was super.He ensured all our bags are moved in & out of premises ( during check in & check out) without any hiccups.Also he was kind to help us with a neat car wash. Fantastic man😊. Respect to him. While checking out, we met Mr Mascharenes ( person with many years of experience in hospitality industry ).He again was fantastic, checked on our well being and requested us to share any feedback ( we had bag full of positives to share).Super communication skills and very very courteous.Thanks !! How can I forget Mr Sujit Biswas, I had requested him for fruits as I was observing fast. Though it is not part of the breakfast menu- he ensured variety of fruits are delivered to my room without any follow.Appreciate it.Thanks again!!! House keeping staff Chandan had a smile on his face, whenever he came to help us- very pleasing.Keep it up. If employees are happy they ensure the owner remains happy & business grows. This I could guess / witness after meeting the owner Mr MADHAV - a very simple / down to earth/ taking feedback from all guest.Though with lots of years experience, he was on the ground keen to improve his service. Definitely this is seen in the way we got the services from his team. Hey team Triose- It was a comfortable/ safe / happy/ caring / definitely a wow stay. Wish I could have planned for few more days, nonetheless will be a true advocate and will come back soon. Thanks for your service...keep it up!!!

I had visited for a stay with my family, it is a new property which is extremely well made up with all amenities. Extremely cosy and amazing hospitality. Outstanding experience overall. Safety measures during COVID were kept in mind at all times.

1. I had written to the property that I am a solo female traveller and my purpose was not tourism but a quiet, peaceful and good view room is important to me. This is because of the reason why I was going there. I was first allotted a lake view room which however had a blocked view of lake and annoyingly noisy as it faced the road. They then shifted me to a quieter room overfacing the farm which was much better. 2. Room with a balcony is actually a kind of a joke. The balcony has space enough to only stand awkwardly. You cant place a chair and sit there and relax. 3. I had to write to Management on room absence of room cleaning, replenishing of water, coffee kit etc. They then did it and then writing in their email that I should contact room service/housekeeping for my requirements during the stay. Did this imply that I shouldnt write emails? In fact I wrote email when I didnt get immediate action from the reception/housekeeping. 4. Breakfast buffet option was just ok. The floor cleaning was not adequate. The cleaning was better after I complained. 5. The Admin officer Mr. Biswas was quite good. He came to check with me my issues and did address them adequately. Considering this was a solo and I have stayed in many properties in the past, the hotel normally goes out of the way to make one comfortable. I found that warmth missing. I dont make any unreasonable demands. But I definitely warmth and friendliness and that touch of care goes a long way in going back to a place.

I stayed in Triose hotel for 2 nights during a short weekend getaway to Lonavla. We had selected Premium room which seemed a bit small to me but was very neat and clean. It had all the basic amenities including hair dryer, fridge, godrej digital safe, iron, coffee machine, tv. Hot water and basic toiletries were available in the bathroom. This hotel is located right in front of Lonavla lake but there is no view of the lake from here. There are some good restaurants around 10mins from this place near Sunil’s wax museum. The Triose Plaza is right next door but only has a food court with couple of food outlets. Restaurants in this plaza are closed post covid. Plus point is the children’s play area in the plaza for families with kids staying at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was good and there were many options available. Sambar could have been better. There was live dosa and omelette counter. Overall it was a pleasant experience although room seems pricier for the size.
