Viola Beacon Resort

We visited Viola Beacon Resort at Lonavala during one of the most busy Weekends. But the arrangements were great, staff was very helpful. Kids had a lot to be happy about. They have Foosball, Table Tennis, Air Hockey & indoor & outdoor Fun Zone for even younger children.🤗 Location is cool & well connected. Balcony views are great. Corridors are well maintained. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Drinks menu is on costlier side. Buffet Menu & all arrangements are great. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here…!

Would like to thank the staff for their excellent service and cooperation.. We had planned a surprise b'day party which was really successful thank you Mahesh ji for your cooperation it made the surprise better... Looking forward to visit it again soon!

Enjoyed stay at resort. Spent 2 days at resort with my family. Resort has a swimming pool which is neat and clean. All the property is well maintained and hygiene is also maintained while preparing and serving food.

We recently went to Viola Beacon resort for the first time in Lonavla. It’s a mid-size mid-range hotel which offers vgood facilities and amenities. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and spacious. The room has very good bedside reading lights which I really appreciate, as my big treat on a break is to read at night. We had a room with a small balcony, very convenient for my smoker husband. I loved that the lobby and the dining area are open and spacious, so important in this pandemic times. The restaurant overlooks the pool area and has an Indian and Chinese menu. We also asked to meet the chef and he cooked some special dishes for us. Off the dining area is a very large recreation area with a lot of indoor games for children and others. What I loved: All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and dining are very hospitable and helpful. ——- If you’re looking for a comfortable, Value for money break, this is an ideal place to go to.

Need to improve on coordination As the room keys given to us was already blocked by other guest . It was real awkward situation for us . Also room service needs to be looked after Too slow Otherwise it was a good experience.
