Pool is basically just for show

This is a lovely property in Lonavala, but I dont know most of the resorts keep the depth of the pool to just 3 feets making it just impossible for the ones who would really like to swim. Rest everything is good about this resort.

We were the group 35 members for Sales review meet at this hote. It was pleasant stay. Hotel team ensure our event success by attending our almost every request. Nice food with even late service. The property is nice and seems recent Renovation.the pool here is just superb and maintained.Rooms are recently painted and good size bed ensure comfort night sleep . Overall it was a nice experience.

Very nice stay during the monsoonweek as we were there for almost three days and all over Maharashtra there was heavy rain but we stayed in Retreat Heritage very comfortablely, had nice food, room service and enjoyed very nice breakfast...visiting here frequently for last 3 years.thr property is now renovated almost entirely and feel is nice. The swimming pool is just Beautiful. Visited most of the waterfalls caves and other beautiful spots as lonvala is just awesome in monsoon .

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Too expensive. Breakfast served was not up to the mark and doesn't have much options. Food was cold, needed me escalate to get them reheated. Cleanliness of the room was not there. No towels provided for one room. Poor service. However, reception service was good. Floor tiles were damaged. Curtains were torn off. No hot water in shower.

I do not recommend the hotel to anyone, rooms are unhygienic, very bad condition, power goes off anytime, AC stopped working and the manager was not interested in coming and checking, waste of money. Please do not waste your time and money
