Hotel is very clean and hygienic Service is good on time. Location is very nice nearby market Only food is expensive inside the hotel rest everything is perfect We had a very good and comfortable stay.

Overall good experience. Hotel Location as well good & nearer to center of main market.Easy going to everywhere. Only one thing is food quality need to improve. Housekeeping also need to improve. Hotel staff is good.

Rooms are clean and food is tasty but behaviour of one particular staff in the reception is very unfriendly and rude. We had bus at 4pm and checkout time was 11. We asked if it is flexible for sometime. He straight away dismissed saying hotel policy. Whereas the rooms of the hotel were empty. When we asked the rate for two hours extra he said. 1k. Where as the room was costing 2.5k for whole day. Not happy with reception staffs. Rest are fine . Food is expensive.

I would say my overall experience is nice in this hotel, but they should take care of safety measures somewhat more than what they are doing in the present situation. The hotel is in a good location. Its located near the primary market of Lonavala and very near to Mumbai Pune Expressway. It’s easy to find, so no issue with this. Check-in takes time if you reach before 11:00 AM, which is also the check-out time. If anyone was planning to stay in this hotel, they should check with the hotel about check-in. Otherwise, they have to wait for the check-in. A parking facility is available. Table Tennis and Carom, anyone, can play. Not sure about the Pool table as not got a chance to ask about it. Staff behavior was perfect and cooperative. Services were good and efficient, but sometimes delivery was very slow. The swimming pool was not good and clean. Food quality was good, but charges are very high, and if you compare charges and quality, it does not match. Water bottle they are charging double the amount of MRP. The room and bathroom were clean. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was not that spacious. The room needs maintenance. I have selected this hotel because we were traveling with our mother and this hotel is elder-friendly. Overall experience OK and I would not say about recommendation because of my mix experience.

If possible please don’t stay in this hotel, worst ever experience with this hotel. At this price, horrible rooms (stinking bed) old furniture, no water bottles in room, I called them 4 times left my keys at reception to clean my room but to my utter shock no one bothered to do anything. Worst of all, after all this terrible experience they are forcing me to check out at 11 I asked for an extension for just an hour. My humble request please don’t stay here
