    Overlooking the Dr Ambedkar park, Gomati gardens and river, this is one of the best hotels in Lucknow in best Marriott traditions and reputation. Breakfast spread , lunch spreads are tasty, variety, filling. Its little away from city and tourist attractions but compensates by views and service.

    Very family friendly service. Appreciate the service given by every staff, including Malayaj Tripathi. Even in the hot weather of Lucknow the stay was comfortable. The hotel is located at a picturesque spot. Very good views of Ambedkar memorial park and Gomati river front.

    komal is very cheerful and does neat work. She takes care of guests nicely. Her hospitality was amazing. Did a very good job. I'm happy with renaissance service and hospitality. Food spread is okay okay.

    Visited the hotel for a stay with family in two rooms for a wedding for two nights. The location and view from the hotel is beautiful and you can just stay there for this. The sunsets are beautiful from some of the rooms. We had a slight issue with the upkeep of the room and they moved us to another room and from there, everything was perfect. While there should not be any such issue, but after that. They made up for it nicely. The food at this place is quite fantastic really and you can see the quality of ingredients and service. Things like room service are quite good and you would enjoy. Had no issues with the ac as well.

    This hote's staff is rude and sarcastic. Mariyam and Ankita at the reception are the two worst people doing doing the job of customer executives with their sarcastic and rude tone. I would rate this place below zero if that was possible, breakfast had burnt and stale food also my room's lock was also bad and also the hotel staff when asked for another pair of dental kot never gave it to me.
