I really liked this hotel and the staff here are also good If I like the rates of this hotel also, you will get good facilities in the work. By the way, I live in Kanpur but whenever I come to Lucknow, I definitely come to this hotel. I like the rooms here too, friends, all of you must go to Avadh hotel once with your family.

Very nice ambience and nice facilities,nice and clean atmosphere. The taste of food served here is too good, and the staff of every department is very cooperative, friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is good nearest to airport as well as bus stop.

Visited defexpo and stayed here. Hotel is fine. Bar is excellent. Food can be better.the rates were very high due to expo in lucknow but at normal rates the hotel is good value for money. Ambience of bar was the best thing.

Visited hotel on business visit on 8th Dec-21 Hotel doesn’t have a proper person on front desk….Even after having booking confirmation on email hotel staff didn’t had any clue on booking and once they allotted room they started asking for advance money as if corporate guests will run away without paying…..Otherwise property is fine

I am amazed at the positive reviews about the Hotel !!!, so trying to find out what are the key positives here - yes the location, very convenient from most places. The rooms are big and with the old victorian style decor feels even bigger. Now the negatives - a soulless and heartless haunted place with no one to care for us. The flush does not work, the sink overflows, the rooms smell as if they have not been aired since the Nawabs left. The wifi was not available for the whole day as they claimed there is a technical problem. they only shared a password in the evening. you go for breakfast and no one bothers to even look at you, no live counter even for eggs. Biggest challenge is no hot water after 10 AM in the morning? Overall not a nice place for a work related visit.
