Advice To Hotel Management: Please give proper training to your room service staff to behave well with the guests. In this hotel I would like to mention the middle-aged staff who was serving us, mentally harassed us by forcing us to eat the food which was left out or available at his end. When we tried going out for dinner, the said staff stopped us at the staircase and shouted at us 'where are you going, go to your room and order from there'. We didn't feel safe at this hotel, anyhow we didn't reprimanded or complained about him to the management due to our safety concern. This is very serious matter, kindly take cognizance of it. Second day he messed up our breakfast order, which he gave to another guest and lied us that the order taking person forgot about it. This we came to know when we called back to check after 30 mins of wait time. He had no shame when we said we will have outside and said ok instead of apologizing. Importantly, the hotel doesn't have a lift. You might have to climb up the stairs upto 3rd floor with your luggage. Staying here is a BIG RISK & WASTE OF TIME.

Dear All, I stayed in this hotel with my family and during the time of booking the told me X amount but when I asked fir the extra bed the same person at the reception ask me to pay more money for the extra bed I had very very bad experience in this hotel please be careful if you are planning to visit this hotel.
