The hotel & its services truly justify its name. Clean and properly sanitised property. The food is delicious with a well spread buffet breakfast. It's centrally located and has easy access to the nearby places to visit. Kudos to the helpful and polite staff. Keep up the good work!!!!

It's a good hotel to stay. Rooms are clean. Location is good. Hotel have wifi. Food taste required little improvement. Buffet morning required improvement taste wise and also bakery Restaurant table and chairs are not comfortable.

Hotel location is extremely good Staff is friendly but slight lethargic Excellent food !! Hotel was a bit noisy owing to the marriage season Rooms are very neat and clean Ample parking space is available at the hotel

Beware!! We booked this hotel via Agoda for today. It was mentioned under the name Country inn and suites by mogrolino. When we reached the hotel, we found it to be an rented apartment kind of a setup, with this being on the 10th floor having some 5-8 rooms. There was no reception area, but they operated through another store kind of a room on the same floor. On reaching there, we were told that they were sold out and our booking was not there. They even mentioned that it is a fake booking from Agoda. Just to mention further , this not country inn and suites, it is nowhere near to that kind of property. Also, they are fooling people by taking bookings under various names like : country inn and suites by mogrolino, comfort inn, hotel mogrolino. They are not a hotel, nor are they professional or considerate of people booking their room. Do not book them.

The hotel has multiple rooms on one floor undergoing renovations and will not bat an eyelid, before allotting you a room on that floor. You would have to brave the dust, noise and live through constant movement of labour. The front office will also be unapologetic about it. The quality of room - upholstery of furniture is old, patchy, stained. Bed sheets with holes. Pillow covers and curtains dirty that you would not want to touch them. If you live thru this, the morning buffet is decent. But while checking out if you are thinking of asking the front desk again for any help (like even calling a rickshaw for you) then forget it. Forget any change that may have been due to you in your bill (anything else then 10/- is not paid back to you). So, all in all, best avoided.
