Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Lucknow We wish this hotel for all Success.

Great location, really pleasant and clean restaurant but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled a lots but lemon tree lucknow very good place for dinning with families.

We can't thank enough the hotel for its support and the fantabulous services given to us during our 3 days workshops conducted in the Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow (11,12,13 March 2022). From the beginning, the hotel team built a cordial relationships with or team and all arrangements were smooth during the entire stay at the hotel. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the services and care we received from the GM of the hotel- Mr. Vara Prasad, we would like to thank Mrs. Jyotsna, Mr. Aruj, and Mr. Abhishek for their commendable efforts. Every staff/team member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind during our stay in the workshop

Visited Lucknow for the first time with my colleague for a work trip and Lemon Tree had the best stay and services. The staff was also extremely warm and polite. They were kind enough to not charge us extra for our late check-out! It has been an amazing experience

I had a long stay at the Lemon tree hotel, it is quite conveniently located close to airport and on the high way. The staff were very accommodative and warm. I would like to mention Shubhi at the front desk who was quite resourceful and proactive at work. She helped me with local city information on shopping and also to go around. The staff at restaurant were also quite hospitable. The food is also decent. Overall it is good hotel in Lucknow. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.
