location and staff is awesome. Mr. Ashish was the one who helped me for everything I needed at the place. Must visit at least once. Good Ambience with good staff. I ordered cake at hotel and the event was awesome.

Had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Treebo Trend JP Cottage, From Booking to Check-in to Check-out, everything was smooth and transparent. Hotel Staff Team are so polite, caring and great! They help at each point of any confusion and are so co-operative in terms of service and normal conversations. As promised, the hot water is available 24/7 and room cleaning is great! Complimentary Breakfast is delicious and great! Excellent option to stay and enjoy the hill station, it proved to be center for major tourist spots and easily accessible, large area for parking too.
Good place with decent budget

Overall a good place, tranquil and peaceful. Proximity is good to local attractions. Maybe they can add a little variety to their breakfast menu. Room service should be routine and timely and should not be based on your call to reception...!
Bath tub maintance and wifi services

very disappointed with wifi service .within 15 min i have to reconnect my phone to wifi for at-least 5 times and after that is says no internet. Bathtub has crack.. need maintance service . doesn't look good

After last good experience, I choose to book this property again. This time I booked deluxe room and this was big mistake. deluxe rooms are in old building. Room condition was bad, very much disappointed with room. Bathroom condition was terrible, wash basin & exhaust fan was broken. Some bad smell is there in bathroom. I asked manager to change room but no options available.
