Good stay, excellent breakfast. Thanks for arranging anniversary cake on short notice. Spa experience was very good. Prices for food menu from the restaurant could have been reasonable. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are simply great 👍.

Had recently stayed in Orchid category room at Brightland. Never before had I been here. Earlier I have stayed in Le Meridien, Club Mahindra, Aroma chalets though. The property is huge with a swimming pool. The room we stayed in was good sized roomwith a balcony. In the bath area a anti skid mat would prevent senior citizens from slipping. The offshoot road leading from main road to the hotel have no street lights. Hence unsafe for a walk after sunset. The room was spacious and comfortable. The open areas around pool and bar a wonderful place to be in the evenings / early mornings. Wood fired pizza is a must have here. The food taste and portion size of meals are excellent. Morning buffet spread was vast and yummy too. Hotel offers many other activities in evening but could not participate. Hence no comments on that. Did pass by a library, carrom, table tennis room but did not utilise these facilities too. All in all felt value for money for the room rent I paid. Would definitely like to visit this place again maybe next time with kids

The best part of the facility, other than excellent food, ambience, service, live music on Saturdays and amenities is the In House event manager, Mr K C, who keeps you engaged during the evenings with all sort of in-house games, DJ party, Treasure Hunts and also takes you on morning treks to nearby hills. With him around, you are sure to be entertained during the entire evening. Kids would love him. Thanks to him, we had a lovely and entertaining stay there.

Location & view is good a bit old ambience with all ammenities Pool,spa bar .A bit overpriced room rates comparing better properties like Meridien & Marriott.Hotel offers lift everywhere for different levels.New wing is coming which may be better option

ok so as per rating u understand we not at al happy wth our stay Start with booking concern people who does booking for us were not at all good ....i saw Brightland resort giving 2night pe 1night free on Instagram when i ask her she said no we don't give and immediately they removed those post from the page and page is still thr note ths ( knowing tht page is still posting post related to the resort wch is genuine and they wl not fake any post)...wch we ignored as we already paid half of the amount .....first all maple rooms doesnt give good view excpt 701 and 702...second front desk people need more training seriously .. food is major turn off u guys need to look into ths on serious note third so many options at breakfast table but since rush (not much actually )waiters were no trained to handle and they were simple ignoring wht we ask for....after complaining about food they were not at all concern to rectify anyways....we did not like our stay at all many options available better thn this.SAVE YOUR MONEY.
