Arya Resort and SPA

Superb property. Great ambiance nice location and tasty food. Staff was very helpful. Property is totally renovated and they have added swimming pool wooden cottages which is unique and amazing. Totally recommended. loved it. Cheers to team arya for making our stay memorable.

This is our first visit to Mahableshwar & Arya Resort made it life time Memorable one. I booked this places directly calling the Resort & Mr Dinesh was of Great Help from Booking the property to our 3 days Stay at the Resort.. Resort is located at a very good location. Closely located to market, veena lake and go-karting. Food is amazingly good and fresh Special the Tandoor dishes. Property is newly built, very nice duplex apartments for family. Staff is also very polite & cooperative.... Its was our Wedding Anniversary & the staff gives us Surprised.......Thanks Dinesh & the entire team at Arya Resort...... I would love to have a repeat stay at this resort...

Booked Arya Resort thorugh Booking.com. I guess the pics they have posted on the site are from monsoon season, when it is lush green everywhere. When we went there, it was all dry. The hotel does not have a lift, which was a big disadvantage for us, as we were travelling with a senior citizen (they should have mentioned about this). Rooms were decent, bathroom was clean and bed lined was good. The room where we stayed also had a dining space which was good. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Food has to be ordered from outside. They served us from a nearby restarurant (JKs) where the food was tasty. The staff was quite young and needs to be trained in hospitality. Rest all was usual. Overall an average experience for the price they charged.

1st of all… this 1 star is for “ staff politness and service” thats it. All over experience 3rd class… We have been there on 18th holi. These guies have arranged a holi party for outsiders with inhouse guests..! Zero management. In house guests has not check out on time and staff has done nothing to do with that..only we have to suffer because of their negligence. Thay dont have proper staff to manage property properly then what can be done. We got to eat outside under the tent with other party people. How can you do that to in house guests who have paid you 2 lakh and have come with their elder parents. And then also they didnt serve proper food. They didn’t have plates bowls spoon tissue..and waste management also. People are serving from the same table and people are keeping their waste plates to the same counter. This is ridiculous. Then we got our rooms late..rooms were not up to mark. In some there was no water and in some the water was overflowing from showers.. they didn’t have bell boys to take your luggage. We did it by ourselves. Then the food.. not at all eatable. The food quality was very poor..i can name each and every food item and how it is not eatable from every corner. Not enough items or options for food. Limit menu in buffet. Thats no acceptable at all. We have paid for service which didn’t get at all. Over all experience was very bad. Guies dont book this resort at all unless you want to fund them from tour pocket.! I will never never go there again and will never suggest to my near and dear ones.

We went their for holiday But There is wifi but range not in room There is television but setup box was not working, No privacy In room, sound comes I. Room from outside, Not good for couple Washroom was smelling with dirty smell. We went via one package, The facility which are included in package that the didn't aware about it, And many more things
