We stayed at Treebo Trends Balaji during our visit to Kolhapur. 'It is the people who make the place', goes a saying; the manager and staff were very helpful and gave us valuable guidance which made our stay in this centrally located neat and clean hotel memorable. Complimentary breakfast was included and was simple and tasty. Would highly recommend this place if anyone is planning a visit to Kolhapur.

very good hotel, rooms n other area are clean. good services and breakfast options. I would recommend this place and would like to visit again with family. Most important when we go with family. I like the place.

It was nice stay at Balaji Residency hotel, they helped us with early check in. Nice, clean and well arranged room. Breakfast was very delicious, which we enjoyed. They provided water bottles at early morning when required. All the hotel staff was very polite and cooperative. Hotel is highly recommended to people who want to live in Kolhapur City and explore, as all the markets are nearby to hotels.

Basic Amenities provided but overall cleanliness is good…good washrooms…A/c rooms though rooms are small with almost no windows ….located very close to Mahalaxmi temple….appropriate for a night stay …friendly staff

Utterly horrendous. Tiny, unclean rooms, and the most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered in a hotel, ever. Refused to help with travel they had promised to organise, leaving us stranded at the side of the road at 4.30am - this happened two days running. Unpleasant manager refused to honour a discount code, threatened us when we tried to leave. I am amazed this hotel is still open.
