Presidential suit room- best of luxury

It's luxurious, it's fabulous, it's fantastic. Humble and helping staff, always greets and go extra mile especially manager Vikesh bro and his staff is super humble. Snooker, carrom, library sights and scean inside the resort. Breakfast buffet is free and has new variety everyday. Garden, kids play area, mini waterfall within the hotel makes this 4 star hotel a must visit. Rooms has a wide windows. If you go for the presidential suit, you get a big lobby having 4 more windows and a big balcony too. Me and my husband had a very cosy and royal stay. We highly recommend AHR Rock Manali for both families and couples. Only note that in most of the hotels in Manali including this hotel, driver's stay facility is not available. But for us, it's luxurious and fun.

Excellent stay and service we enjoyed the overall stay here and the time spent with some of the good staff in manali they really made our stay comfartable and we enjoyed our trip here special mention to chef and team good work

Easy to reach at hotel and it is really comfortable hotel to stay with family and friends, nice rooms, well cleaned by housekeeping team and all the hotel staff was supporting. All meals in breakfast and dinner was good and fresh.

This hotel is not even worth one star: 1. The housekeeping staff stole my iPhone charger, instead of showing remorse the Manager asked me for justification. 2. The room is very dirty. They do not change the bed linen after guests check out. They do not even clean the rooms everyday. 3. The bathroom is dirty and every tap leaks. The geyser is inefficient. There is no hair dryer. 4. They charge for using room heaters. Heater and electric mattress cannot be used simultaneously. 5. The food is horrible, oily and tasteless. 6. The staff are unprofessional and ill mannered. 7. The river view is actually a small sewage stream in front of the hotel. Please do not be swayed by reviews and pictures in MakeMyTrip. 8. They advertise complimentary spa which is non existent.

Don't stay in this property we book 10 rooms in this hotel for three nights 10-13 nov they r not providing room heaters the temperature was 5 degree in the night our kids and family members suffered a lot because of extreme cold getting fevered they provided heating blanket for bed but for room they r having no option and during stay the heating blanket getting fire unsafe hotel don't stay here
