When i checked in the hotel was neat and the ambience was very good staff was very friendly helped a lot from emtrance to the hotel room, outdoor of the hotel is quite good and impressive as a lobby is there to rest , food served here is always fresh and is served on spot no cooked food is served. Over all a best experience of hotel. Value for money. It fits the pocket of common people and stands out of expectations of them . If you want to visit,visit this hotel . I have been to manali many times..and i can say with assurity that this is one of the best hotels out there... Excellent rooms and excellent service..did not have any complains over my stay .plus the staff is friendly and responds quickly.have a pleasant stay

Hotel Manali castle was amazing....... A well located hotel, in attractive , well maintained grounds with mesmerizing rooftop view. I have travelled a lot but never written review for a hotel, but generosity and hospitality of this hotel and obviously hotel staff forced me😬😬

A decent hotel situated 2km away from mall road. Has good views and decent amenities in the hotel. Food quality needs to be improved and rooms doesn't smell fresh. Bed was comfortable but was clean and maintained a good mattress can do the work. The staff was polite and helpful was there for us all the time and quick service was provided.

Its more over lodge then hotel. I was there on 24- 27 mar booked through my travel agent . I left hotel one day before bcs they have some water problem. since morning 8 am there was no water even wash our face. room services keep saying will get water in 30 mints every time. but till for 11 AM(till we forcelycheckout).He offer bathroom used from other room lastly but hot water not coming properly. When asked for manager he saying he in meeting at other place. Other when check-in Room smells badly asked room refresher multiple time. Carpet not cleaned & bedsie and curtons not clean or washed. Furniture are very old, only single power point to charge, Frontdesk people not helpfull & doesn`t care for customer. no laudry services available only one person for room services. Food quaulity so-so . no soaps and shampoe in the bathroom provide need ask. Hotel owner has no manners to talk and he has no concern about services and Unhygien
